Fixing the time is what keeps you going
Posts reach the screens of people who follow you around the time you publish. Posting at a regular time makes it easier to become a habit for your readers than posting at a different time every time. It helps the person in charge as well, since "what goes out when" is decided in advance and there is nothing to figure out each morning.
A post cycle is a feature that places this "regular time" in advance as a slot. You can place as many per day as you like, and use different times on different days.
From slot to published post
Once you place a slot, SNS TOWN starts writing a draft for each slot several days before its posting date. Drafts are lined up under Awaiting approval by 15:00 (Japan time) two days before, so reading and fixing them up to two days before posting is in time.
Posts you don't approve don't go out. If you don't want to post on a given day, skip it, and the slot stays empty while things move on.
| Mode | What goes out | When it suits you |
|---|---|---|
| Draft mode | Only what a person approved | When you are starting out, or in a field where wording needs care |
| Auto mode | Drafts that pass the check are scheduled as they are | When your style is settled and you can't set aside time to read each one |
If you aren't sure, start with draft mode.
See everything on the calendar
The posts screen is a calendar. You can switch between Week, Month and List, and slots further ahead that don't have a draft yet appear as dashed frames. Posts you write by hand line up on the same calendar, so you can see overlaps and gaps at a glance.
