How pricing works
Sprout Social's prices are published on the Sprout Social pricing page. As of October 31, 2026, Essentials is $79 per user per month billed annually ($99 billed monthly), Standard is $199, Professional is $299, Advanced is $399, and Enterprise is priced by consultation. Pricing depends on the number of users (seats). Essentials and Standard allow up to 5 connected profiles, and Professional and above allow unlimited profiles.
SNS TOWN charges a monthly fee per company, and each plan sets the number of connectable accounts and the number of people who can use the screens. AI drafts and images are paid for with credits. See Pricing for details.

The networks listed on Sprout Social's pricing page are shown above. SNS TOWN does not support LinkedIn company pages or Pinterest, and regular users cannot connect TikTok and YouTube until each company's review is complete.
Inbox, reviews and analytics
This is where Sprout Social goes deeper. From Standard, Sprout Social has an inbox that combines messages from several networks, plus review management, and you can add advanced analytics and social listening (watching topics across social media) at extra cost. According to its feature pages, approval workflows are on Professional and Advanced. Its AI feature (Trellis) is also included as per-user credits.
SNS TOWN's reply features are auto replies (X and Threads), which respond only to replies containing keywords you set, and auto DMs (X). It does not have a combined inbox, review management or social listening. Analytics shows follower and engagement trends for X, Instagram, Facebook Pages and YouTube.
