How pricing works
SocialDog's prices are published on the SocialDog pricing page. As of October 31, 2026, monthly prices excluding tax are: Free at 0 yen, Personal at 1,980 yen (1,480 yen per month billed annually), Professional at 9,800 yen (4,980 yen), Business at 29,800 yen (19,800 yen), and Enterprise on inquiry. Being able to pay in yen is a clear advantage for Japanese companies.
SNS TOWN charges a monthly fee per company in US dollars (tax included), and AI drafts and images are paid for with credits. See Pricing for details.

SocialDog's help page on plans says that on Professional, only one of the three connectable accounts can be an X account. If you run several X accounts for one company, check the number of X accounts allowed on each plan.
X follower management and campaigns
Follower management is a field SocialDog has invested in for a long time. SocialDog offers keyword monitoring (from Professional), competitor analysis (from Business) and long-term analytics storage (2 years on Professional), among other things.
SNS TOWN also has an X follow and follower check that lists new followers, people who unfollowed, and accounts you follow that don't follow back. However, it is not an always-on watch like SocialDog's; you spend credits to run a check when you want one.
For campaigns, SocialDog offers a giveaway feature from Business. SNS TOWN campaigns are available on the Enterprise plan, and let you choose between a giveaway that draws automatically after the deadline, and an instant win where winners come up at preset times.
