No more jumping between screens
There are not that many things to check every day when you run social media. Is there a draft awaiting approval? Did any post fail to go out? What is scheduled for today and tomorrow? Are followers growing? But if each answer lives on a different screen, you end up switching back and forth just to look. For someone running social media on top of other duties, those few minutes add up.
The SNS TOWN Home screen is built to finish this daily check on one screen. It works like the dashboard in WordPress's admin area, with panels arranged in two columns. When you want details, use the link at the bottom of each panel to open that feature's own screen.

The panels
Home has the following panels. At first, every panel is shown except Member activity.
| Panel | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Getting started | The first five steps and how many are done |
| Awaiting approval & stuck | Drafts awaiting approval, failed posts, and posts stopped for lack of credits |
| Coming up | Scheduled or approved posts that are about to go out |
| Posted | Posts you have published, newest first |
| Notes | Notes shared inside your team, which you can write right there |
| Post cycle | Active post cycles, and whether each is in draft mode or auto mode |
| Plan & credits | Your current plan, your credit balance, and what you used in the last 30 days |
| Social accounts | The accounts you have connected and whether they are still connected |
| Followers | Followers per account and the change since 7 days ago |
| Notifications | New notifications |
| News from SNS TOWN | Announcements from the SNS TOWN team, with a NEW badge on anything from the past 7 days |
| Member activity | Who did what, newest first (hidden at first) |
The panels about posts (Awaiting approval, Coming up, Posted, Post cycle and Followers) are narrowed to the social account selected in the header. If you only want to see X, select your X account in the header and Home shows X only.
The Followers panel shows numbers on plans that include analytics. On other plans, the panel shows a note about the plan. How to read the numbers is explained in Analytics.
Arrange, open, close and show per person
Grab a panel heading and drag it to change the order. This works by touch too, and you can also move a panel one step at a time with the ▲▼ on its heading. Drag it to the edge of a column and it moves to the neighboring column. Click a heading to close or open that panel.
Uncheck a panel under "Panels to show" at the top of the screen and it disappears. A hidden panel is not loaded at all, so hiding the ones you don't use makes Home lighter. If you get lost, "Reset layout" brings back the original arrangement.

Order, visibility and open/closed state are remembered per person and per company or brand. When an admin rearranges Home, nobody else's Home changes. People with the Viewer role can also rearrange their own Home. A person who handles posting can put Awaiting approval at the top, while an admin puts credits and followers first. For more on roles, see Members and Roles.
Getting started: no guessing on first-time setup
For a newly registered company, "Getting started" at the top left shows the way. Five steps are listed in order: connect a social account, write your company profile, add photos and files to the Library, set up a post cycle, and publish your first post. Finished steps are checked off, and clicking a row opens that screen.
When all five are done, you are told that the panel can be hidden. The setup itself is covered in Company Profile and Key Messages and Post Cycles.

Notes: sticky notes shared by the company
The Notes panel works like WordPress's Quick Draft: write a title and body and save on the spot. A note you write is visible to every member of that company or brand. It is the place for shared items that don't belong to one particular post, such as "Photos for next week's new product arrive on Friday" or "We don't use this phrase".
A note can have a title of up to 80 characters and a body of up to 4,000 characters, and each company or brand can keep up to 500 notes. The panel shows the newest few, and "See all notes" opens the full list. Viewers can only read notes, not write or delete them. For hand-off notes about a specific post, use the internal notes and tags on each post, which are easier to find later.

Read announcements from SNS TOWN here too
The "News from SNS TOWN" panel shows announcements from the SNS TOWN team, such as new features and changes to how things work. Anything from the past 7 days gets a NEW badge. Announcements are shown in the language of each viewer's screen.
How to use it
- When you log in, the Home of the company or brand at the top of your list opens
- From "Awaiting approval & stuck," open the posts that need your attention and clear them
- Hide the panels you don't use under "Panels to show" and move the ones you check often to the top
- Write anything you want to share in the Notes panel
Step-by-step guides with screenshots are in Rearranging panels on Home and Leaving notes.
Frequently asked questions
Does my panel arrangement affect other members?
No. Order, visibility and open/closed state are remembered per person and per company or brand. Even for the same person, a different company or brand can have a different arrangement.
How do I bring back a hidden panel?
Check that panel again under "Panels to show" at the top of the screen. Its contents load right away. To return everything to the original layout, press "Reset layout."
Who can see the notes?
Every member of that company or brand can read them. Admins and editors can write, edit and delete. Viewers can only read.
Why does Home show so few posts?
When a specific social account is selected in the header, the post panels show only that account. Choose "All accounts" to see everything.
What shows up in "Member activity"?
Actions that members took on the company's screens, such as approving a post or changing settings, newest first, together with who did it and when. It is hidden at first, so turn it on under "Panels to show" when you want it.
