How pricing works
Hootsuite's prices are published on the Hootsuite plans page. As of October 31, 2026, Standard starts at $99 per user per month billed annually, Professional is $199, Advanced is up to $399, and Enterprise is priced by consultation. Pricing depends on the number of users. Standard allows up to 10 accounts, and Professional and above allow unlimited accounts.
SNS TOWN charges a monthly fee per company, and each plan sets the number of connectable accounts and the number of people who can use the screens. AI drafts and images are paid for with credits, and each plan includes monthly credits. See Pricing for plans and prices.

Hootsuite's free trial lasts 14 days, and its pricing page states that during the trial there is a limit on the number of posts and bulk scheduling is not available.

Hootsuite's list of networks is on the Hootsuite FAQ. Hootsuite connects to a wider range of networks. SNS TOWN does not support LinkedIn company pages, Pinterest or WhatsApp, and regular users cannot connect YouTube and TikTok until each company's review is complete.
Writing and publishing
Hootsuite has AI features on every plan, and can create post text and images with AI. According to its pricing page, it also offers best-time-to-post suggestions, bulk scheduling, approval workflows (from Advanced) and link shortening.
With SNS TOWN, you set days and times in your post cycle, and AI prepares a draft for each of those times. The AI writes from your company profile and key messages, and right before publishing a pre-post check based on X's recommendation system is applied. Approval is available on every plan through the approval flow.

Replying, monitoring and measuring
This is where Hootsuite goes deeper. Hootsuite collects comments and messages from several networks into one inbox, offers reply automation from Professional, and message assignment from Advanced. It also has brand and competitor monitoring, social listening (watching topics across social media) on higher plans, and detailed reports.
SNS TOWN's reply features are auto replies (X and Threads), which respond only to replies containing keywords you set, and auto DMs (X). It does not have a combined inbox or social listening. On the other hand, SNS TOWN offers X giveaways and instant-win campaigns. Analytics shows follower and engagement trends for X, Instagram, Facebook Pages and YouTube.

Frequently asked questions
If I switch from Hootsuite, can I move my scheduled posts?
SNS TOWN has bulk scheduling by CSV. You can format the posts exported from Hootsuite into SNS TOWN's CSV layout and import them. Please add the images to the Library again.
Is there a difference in the free trial?
As of October 31, 2026, Hootsuite's is 14 days and SNS TOWN's is 7 days. You can try SNS TOWN with no credit card required.
Which has the better inbox?
