FAQ
Where do I start?
Signing up puts you on the Credit plan with 30 credits. Connect a social account and try drafting and posting. There is no monthly fee.
Can I change plans at any time?
Apply from "Plan & credits" in your company. A plan runs for one month from the day we confirm payment, and renewing the same plan extends it by another month.
Do monthly plans still use credits?
Not within the plan's allowance (for example, a number of drafts and posts per day). Credits are only used for anything beyond the allowance and for trying features from higher plans. The small monthly credit grant carries over, and you can top up with a pack when you run low.
When does an allowance reset?
Each use frees up again once its window (one day, seven days and so on) has passed since you used it. You can see what is left under "Plan & credits".
What happens when I hit a limit?
You simply can't add more social accounts, members, posting cycles, library files or key messages. Nothing you already have is deleted, and upgrading lets you add more again.
What if my plan expires?
You return to the Credit plan. Higher-plan features pause, but your posts, materials and settings stay, and you can pick up where you left off by applying again.
Am I charged for failures?
If a draft, image or post fails, the credits used are refunded automatically.
