Service	SNS TOWN, an online service for creating, scheduling, posting and analysing social media posts.
Prices	All prices are in US dollars and include tax (the total you pay). Credit: $10 a month billed monthly, or $100 a year billed yearly ($8.33 a month). Includes 50 AI credits every month. Basic: $69 a month billed monthly, or $690 a year billed yearly ($57.50 a month). Includes 400 AI credits every month. Pro: $199 a month billed monthly, or $1,990 a year billed yearly ($165.83 a month). Includes 1,200 AI credits every month. Premium: $519 a month billed monthly, or $5,190 a year billed yearly ($432.50 a month). Includes 3,000 AI credits every month. Yearly billing is 12 months minus 2 months. Other charges	Your internet connection. As prices are in US dollars, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees.
Shipping	None. Everything is provided online and nothing is shipped.
Payment method	Credit card, processed by KOMOJU (DEGICA Co., Ltd.). Card numbers never reach us and we do not store them.
When you pay	In advance for the whole period, when you order.
Delivery	Available as soon as payment completes. A plan runs for one month (monthly) or one year (yearly) from the day payment completes.
Renewal	Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you automatically. To continue, order the next period before your plan ends.
Free trial	Every plan is free for 7 days after sign-up. No card is needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Credit expiry	Credits expire 180 days after they are added. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Cancellation and refunds	Because of the nature of the service, we do not accept cancellations or give refunds after payment. Please use the 7-day free trial before you order. We will refund if we charged you twice, if we could not provide the service for reasons on our side, or where the law requires a refund. Send refund requests to the email address above.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)	The Service is intended for businesses. If you order as a consumer, you agree that the service starts immediately after payment and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
System requirements	An up-to-date browser on a computer or smartphone (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
