Terms of Service

This is an English translation. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

These terms set out the conditions for using SNS TOWN (the "Service") provided by Kyotani Inc (Kyotani Inc., "we"). By signing up for the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service creates AI drafts and images, schedules, posts and reads back engagement for social accounts you connect (X, Threads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). It uses only the official APIs each network publishes. If you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Service is intended for businesses and may not be used by anyone under 16.

2. Accounts

• Sign-up requires email confirmation. Several people can use one company/brand.
• You are responsible for your login details and must not let third parties use them.
• Only people with authority to manage a social account may connect it. Do not connect other people's accounts without permission.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are the tax-inclusive US dollar prices shown on the pricing page and in the legal notice.
• Plans are paid in advance, monthly (one month) or yearly (one year, priced at 12 months minus 1 month). The period starts on the day payment completes. Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you automatically. To continue, order the next period before your plan ends.
• Every plan is free for 7 days after sign-up. No credit card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
• Each plan includes AI credits every month (also when billed yearly). AI actions such as drafts and images consume credits, and you can buy more.
• Credits expire 180 days after they are added and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Credits consumed by a failed action are refunded; credits for actions completed successfully are not. When an action charged by headcount, such as the follower check, stops partway, the credits for the people that could not be read are refunded.
• Payment is by credit card through our payment processor KOMOJU (DEGICA Co., Ltd.).
• Fees paid are non-refundable, except where we charged you twice, where we could not provide the Service for reasons attributable to us, or where the law requires a refund.
• If you order as a consumer in the EU, the UK or elsewhere, you agree that the service starts immediately after payment and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
• When a company that signed up through your referral link pays, we add credits worth 30% of the amount paid to your company. Referring yourself, or creating false sign-ups to earn rewards, is prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Posts that breach any network's terms, developer policies or community guidelines; spam, impersonation, infringement of rights, or unlawful content.
• Connecting other people's social accounts without permission.
• Placing excessive load on the Service's servers or other users, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access.
• Publishing false or misleading content from AI drafts without reviewing it (you are responsible for checking content before it is posted).

5. Responsibility for posts

The user who instructed or approved a post is responsible for its content. AI drafts are suggestions, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability. When you use auto mode, you remain responsible for what is published.

6. Limits imposed by networks

Posting may fail or be delayed due to API changes, outages, usage limits or account suspensions on a network. We are not responsible for these. Each network's character and attachment limits are shown in the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

If you breach these terms or abuse is suspected, we may suspend use or delete the account without prior notice. You may disconnect social accounts and ask to delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under the law of the country where you live.

9. Personal information

Handling of personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as needed. Changed terms take effect when posted on this page, and significant changes are notified to your registered email address.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service. This does not affect protections given to consumers by the law of the country where they live.
