SNS TOWN Features
Running an official social media account is a loop of coming up with ideas, writing, preparing images, posting at set times, replying to reactions, and checking numbers to improve. SNS TOWN groups its features by which part of that loop you can hand over to AI and automation.

Choose features by where your workflow gets stuck
Where social media runs into trouble differs from company to company. Some can't keep up with daily idea generation. Others have plenty to write but can't stick to posting times, and others have no time left for replies and checking numbers after a post goes out. The list below follows that flow in order. The quickest way in is to start with the features for the step that is giving you trouble right now.

AI-Written Post DraftsThe most time-consuming part of running an official account is writing something different every time. With SNS TOWN, AI prepares post drafts from the company information and files you set up once. All you do is read, edit and approve.
AI Creates Post Images or Picks Photos from Your LibraryPosts with an image stand out in the timeline more than text-only posts. In SNS TOWN, when AI writes a draft, it also decides whether to pick a Library photo, draw a new image or use no image at all. You look at the result and swap it only if you don't like it.
A Post Composer That Adapts to Each Network, with Live PreviewEach network allows a different number of images, counts characters differently and offers different options. SNS TOWN's composer swaps fields and limits to match the network of the account chosen in the header, and shows your text in the preview just as that network displays it. It is meant to reduce "it got cut off" and "I couldn't add that" after posting.
Check Every Post Before It Goes Out and Stop Wording That Gets BuriedOnce a post is out, even deleting it leaves it in the memory of anyone who saw it. SNS TOWN checks every post before it goes out and finds wording that makes it harder to reach people, or combinations that would fail if published. The reason for a stop is written on screen, and for an AI draft the reason is handed to the AI to rewrite.
Templates: Save Reusable Text and Insert It from the ComposerOpening hours, days off, how to book, a standard campaign line. The same text turns up in your posts over and over. Templates in SNS TOWN let you save that text per company or brand and insert it at the cursor while you write a post.
Keep Photos, Videos and Files in the Library as Material for AI DraftsThe photos you could post, product documents and brochure PDFs are usually scattered across computers and phones. The SNS TOWN Library gathers them in one place for each company or brand, has AI read them, and turns them into material for drafts.
Connect a Google Drive Folder and Send Photos to Your Library AutomaticallyAsking people to send you the photos they took on their phones every time is a hassle. With the SNS TOWN Google Drive sync, you connect one Drive folder to your Library and the photos, videos and PDFs placed in it are copied there automatically. The person taking the photos only has to drop them in the folder.
Bring a Model Account's Writing Style into AI Drafts with Reference AccountsWrite like that account" is hard to explain in words. SNS TOWN's reference accounts read the posts of an X account you want to learn from, and the AI puts the pattern, such as opening, length, line breaks and sentence endings, into words. That pattern goes into AI drafts, and the text itself is never copied.
Use Your Company Profile and Key Messages as Material for AI DraftsAI writes text that "any company could say" because it doesn't know your company. In SNS TOWN you register a company profile and key messages for each company or brand, and that text is passed to AI drafts and auto-replies. How specific you are here decides the quality of the drafts.
Publish and manage
Write When You Have Time, Publish at the Time You Choose with Scheduled PostsYou want to post when your readers are online, but the person in charge can't always be free at that time. SNS TOWN's scheduled posts let you write when you can, set a date and time, and have the post go out automatically then. Until it goes out, you can fix it as many times as you like.
Keep Posting at Set Times with Post CyclesSet up slots such as "post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00," and SNS TOWN creates a draft for each slot and lines it up under Awaiting approval by 15:00 two days before. Approved posts go out at the set time through that social network's official API.
See Scheduled Posts and Drafts by Week, Month or List in the Post CalendarAs posts grow in number, it gets hard to tell what goes out next Tuesday or which days are empty. SNS TOWN's posts screen puts scheduled posts, drafts, published posts and post cycle plans on one calendar. Switch between week, month and list, and drag posts to shift their times in the week and month views.
Approval Flow: A Person Checks AI Drafts Before They Go OutA single mistake in a post from a company account can't be taken back. In SNS TOWN, AI drafts line up under Awaiting approval, and only the ones a person approves become Scheduled. You decide per company or brand who is allowed to approve.
Cross-Post to X and Threads, or Facebook and Instagram, at OnceWhen you post the same announcement to both X and Threads, writing it twice and scheduling it twice is a chore. SNS TOWN's cross-posting uses one switch on the composer to create the same post for a pair of similar networks. The differences between networks are handled by the system.
Schedule Posts in Bulk from a CSV and Export ThemMany companies plan a month of posts in a spreadsheet. In SNS TOWN you can turn that sheet into scheduled posts just by importing it as a CSV. Every row is checked first, and if any row has a problem, nothing is added and you get the reasons, so you never wonder how far it got.
Automatically Create Social Drafts from New Blog Posts (RSS)You updated the blog and forgot to announce it on social media. That happens often to people doing it alongside other duties. "Drafts from RSS" in SNS TOWN checks your registered blogs every hour for new articles and prepares a draft with the title and URL. A person decides whether it goes out.
Count Link Clicks on Your Posts with Short URLsHow many people actually clicked the link you posted on social media? You can see likes, but this is hard to see. In SNS TOWN, turn on one switch when you write a post and the URL in the body becomes a short link that counts clicks, with a marker added so you can tell it apart in Google Analytics.
Pause Every Scheduled Post with One ButtonScheduled posts are convenient, but on a day when the mood of the world suddenly changes, there is the fear that a cheerful promotional post goes out right on schedule. "Pause all scheduled posts" in SNS TOWN is a button that stops that company or brand's schedule all at once. You don't have to hunt down and cancel them one by one.
Engage and grow
Automatically Reply to Replies That Contain a Keyword (X and Threads Auto-Reply)You want to thank everyone who comments one by one, but if social media is a side job, you can't keep up. SNS TOWN's auto-reply responds automatically, within set hours and a daily limit, only to replies containing the keyword you chose in your post. You can also have a person look before it sends.
Automatically Send a DM to People Who Repost, Like or Reply (X)You want to send a coupon or a link to a resource to people who reacted to a post, and some things are easier to say in a DM than in a public reply. SNS TOWN's auto DM sends an X DM, once per person, to those who reacted to the post you chose. It also handles requests from people who don't want messages.
Run X Giveaway Campaigns with a Draw or Instant WinA campaign like "reply to enter, follow and repost required, 10 winners by draw" can be set up on one settings screen. SNS TOWN counts entries, checks conditions, notifies winners and announces them, so you can focus on the announcement post and shipping prizes.
Measure
See Follower and Engagement Trends on One Screen with Social AnalyticsOpening each social network's own dashboard one by one takes time all by itself. SNS TOWN Analytics reads back the follower counts and engagement of your connected accounts once a day, and brings the trend over time and per-post numbers together on one screen.
Find Your Best Posting Time from Your Own Account's NumbersGeneral advice like "weekday lunchtime is best" doesn't always fit your industry or followers. SNS TOWN counts the days and times when posts your company actually published got the best engagement, and shows them above the screen where you decide your schedule.
Follower Check: See Who Followed and Unfollowed You on XYou can track follower counts every day in Analytics, but a number alone doesn't tell you who joined or who left. The SNS TOWN follower check reads your X followers and following lists, compares them with last time, and shows the changes by name.
Work as a team
Manage Multiple Companies and Brands Separately with One LoginYour main business and a new shop, several brands, a client's company you've been asked to manage. Once you speak under two or more names, mixing up accounts or tone gets easy. SNS TOWN makes a company or brand the big container, so you can switch between them with one login without anything getting mixed.
Invite Members and Split Roles into Admin, Editor and ViewerWhen several people run social media, "who posted this" and "who is allowed to fix it" get blurry. In SNS TOWN you set a role for each member and divide what they can do. Who did what is also kept on screen.
Get Alerts for Pending Approvals and Failed Posts by Email, Slack and BrowserSocial media stalls when you notice too late. SNS TOWN picks up only the events that need a person and tells you. Each person chooses how they receive email, and the same notices can go to your company's Slack and your browser too.
Your Home Dashboard: Everything to Check Today on One ScreenHome is the first screen you see after logging in to SNS TOWN, and it is a dashboard of panels. Everything you need to check today, from items awaiting approval to team notes, is gathered on one screen. Panel order, visibility and open/closed state are remembered per person, so admins and editors can each set it up the way they like.
Internal Notes and Tags on Each Post for Easier Hand-Offs and ReviewsWho is this post waiting on?" and "Which campaign was this for?" can't be written into the post itself. In SNS TOWN you can attach an internal note and tags to each post that never appear on social media. Hand-off notes stay beside the post, and later you can find posts by campaign.
Separate Post Language from Screen Language to Run in English and JapaneseSNS TOWN has two language settings. The language AI drafts and auto replies are written in is set per company or brand, and the language you see on screen and in email is set per person. English and Japanese are available for now.
Stay secure
Prevent Account Takeovers with Two-Factor Authentication and Login ProtectionSNS TOWN holds the keys that let it post to your company's official accounts. That means protecting the login to SNS TOWN is itself protection against an account takeover. Two-factor authentication, lockouts after repeated failures and device management come at no extra charge.
Restrict Access to Your Company Network and Registered DevicesPasswords and two-factor authentication protect who can get in. Access restriction narrows down where they can get in from. For each company or brand, you can allow access only from your office network's IP addresses and from registered devices.
