Why hand the writing to AI?
Consistency is the foundation of social media management. But when the person in charge also has other work, posting stops in the first busy week. Most of the time it comes down to two problems: not knowing what to write, and not having time to write.
AI drafts reduce both at once. Topics come from your company profile and files, and drafts are prepared ahead of the times set in your post cycle. Instead of starting from a blank page, the person in charge reads a finished draft and decides what to do with it.
What does the AI write from?
The AI uses these three things, registered for each company or brand.
| Material | What to put in it |
|---|---|
| Company profile | What your company does, who you are speaking to, and your tone-of-voice rules |
| Key messages | Products or announcements you want to share right now, and seasonal topics |
| Library | PDFs, images and videos. Connect a Google Drive folder and they are imported automatically |
The AI reads all three so it can include facts that only your company can write, not generic advice. Text that could apply to anyone is rarely read, and it tends to be down-ranked in X's recommendations too.
Drafts don't go out as they are
Every draft goes through a check right before it is posted. The check stops drafts that contain a URL in the body, an @mention of someone who doesn't follow you, two or more hashtags, a request for likes or reposts, wording that assumes a thread, or text very similar to a recent post. The reasons are explained in what makes a post show up in X's recommendations.
Drafts that pass the check line up under Awaiting approval. Only the drafts a person has read, edited and approved are scheduled, and they go out at the time you set. There is also an automatic mode that hands everything over to the AI, but we recommend starting with the approve-then-publish flow.
Frequently asked questions
Will the AI's writing sound like our company?
It writes from the tone-of-voice rules in your company profile and from your key messages. Your edits can be applied before you approve, so if you keep adding rules over the first few weeks, you will need to fix less and less.
When can I see the drafts?
They appear under Awaiting approval by 15:00 (Japan time) two days before the time set in your post cycle. Even before weekends and holidays, you have time to read them before they go out.
